Rules of the road

This group DOES NOT require that you join to view the archives. HOWEVER, if the spam shows back up, it will revert to having to join to view archives.

We also require that you reply to the owner to join. This prevents emails such as "I don't want your email, I didn't join."  You had to join to get to this group.  You always had to join to get that even with the changes I have now made. Any email sent to the group in that manner will be considered spam.

No spam will be tolerated.  You will be banned without warning unless it is an honest mistake.  Those happen to the best of us but "Lose weight now" is a spam no matter what.

Please familiarize yourself with the control button for your settings.  Options are: email, no email, digest, and abridged.

I suggest no email, read online options for those concerned about emails in their email box.  Abridged give you a short summary of the days postings.

If there are problems with the account email the owner NOT the group.  They can't fix a thing and most likely don't want to hear it.  I will do my best to fix it to both our satisfactions.

Be polite.  That doesn't cost you much and makes everyone happier.

This is not a democracy.  If you spam or are abusive or threatening in any manner you will be banned.  There are no grace periods or warnings.

IF you somehow get on and don't know how, I will fix it.  The second time or if someone has taken your account, I will ban you as protection for you.  They can't get back on with that account.  If you have resolved the issue and wish to come back, email me.  I don't bite, unless you want me to.

It's ok not to know how to do something, that is how we all learn.  It is not ok to repeat the error several times and expect someone else to fix it each time.
