Dr. John McDougall's Plan for Heart Disease

Dr. McDougall's diet eliminates milk products even fat free ones as well as meat, fish and poultry. It also restricts the simple carbs which can cause high triglyercides. Since I am down stairs and the book is upstairs, the full information will have to wait a bit.
